List of Documents for H1B/F1/L2/H4 (Checklist )

Below are the list of documents for H1b/F1/L2/H4

1.Copy of Passport
Provide legible copies of ALL pages of your passport. Including ALL blank pages.

2. Copy of SSN card If one has

3. Copy of ALL previous approval notices for any visas and supporting documents
Issued prior to this. Include the appropriate documents listed below:

• H1B visa
Copy of the most recent LCA
Form I-29’s
Credential Evaluations

• F1/OPT/CPT
Copy of all I-20’s
OPT/CPT card

• Dependent status (H4/L2 etc.)
Copy of spouse’s visa approval notice
Copy of visa stamped on passport
Copy of spouse’s two most recent pay stubs
Copy of Marriage Certificate

4. Degree Certificates (Masters/Bachelors/Others):
• A 3 year Bachelors degree should be accompanied by at least 3 years of work experience to qualify for H1B.
• In the absence of the degree certificate, provide consolidated mark lists and mark lists and transcripts for all semesters.
• If the degree certificate is entirely in a language other than English provide a certified translated
version along with the original.

5. Other Diplomas & Course Certificates
• Copies of all relevant course or diploma’s
• Mark lists supporting the courses if issued

6. Experience Letters/Certificates
• Copies of all relevant experience letters from previous employment
• Experience letter should be preferably supported by two or three pay stubs

7. Resume
• Updated resume stating clients, projects, roles and dates in reverse chronological order
• Add all pertinent contact information on the resume
